By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms are between you and Chris Aldous. If we have a separate written agreement with you — a contract, an order form, a membership or enrollment agreement — that agreement governs where the two disagree.

You may use this site for its intended purpose: to learn about us, to contact us, and to use the services offered on it. You agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to break anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain access to any part of it, or any account, that is not yours;
• interfere with how it works, including scraping, overloading, probing or scanning it;
• submit anything false, misleading, abusive, or that you do not have the right to send;
• upload anything harmful, including malware;
• copy, reproduce or republish its content beyond what is described below.

We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who breaks these rules, and where a breach is serious we may report it.

Where this site offers accounts, you are responsible for what happens under yours and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You must give accurate information when you register and keep it current.

Where this site takes orders, bookings or payments:

• Prices, availability and descriptions are shown as accurately as we can manage, and may change before you order. Obvious errors do not bind us.
• An order or booking is accepted when we confirm it, not when you submit it.
• Payment terms, deposits, cancellation windows and refunds are those shown at the time you book or buy, or those in a separate agreement with you.
• Where a booking requires a cancellation notice, the notice period shown when you booked is the one that applies.

The content on this site — text, images, logos, video, design and code — belongs to us or to the people we licensed it from, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view it, and share ordinary links to it. You may not copy it for your own commercial use, republish it as your own, or use our name or logo to suggest a relationship that does not exist.

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, tell us with enough detail to find it and we will look into it promptly.

This site may link to sites we do not run. We link because we think it is useful, not because we endorse everything there, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We try to keep this site available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may have to take it down for maintenance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that state are where any dispute is heard.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
